Square One Rialto
525 Collins St, Melbourne

Featuring a 5-course menu by some of Melbourne’s most talented chefs — with matched beverages, table service by Scarf Graduates and a live auction filled with exclusive ‘Money Can’t Buy’ items and experiences — this is your chance to do so much more than dine.
Do More Than Dine is a celebratory evening of epic proportions; as well as indulging in delicious food and drink, you’ll hear from some of Scarf’s wonderful graduates about their experience on the program and what they’ve done since graduating.
Your co-hosts for the evening will be renowned food journalist Dani Valent and 2014 Scarf graduate Thelma Rutsate, whose journey beyond Scarf has included working at Attica and Sofitel on Collins, and recent completion of her Masters of International Hotel Leadership.
Guest chefs include Rosheen Kaul (ex-Etta, author Chinese-ish), Helly Raichura (Enter Via Laundry, author The Food of Bharat) and Rosemary Andrews (Mietta by Rosemary). Overseeing the kitchen, and taking care of the main course, will be three of our long-time chef friends from The Mulberry Group: Kyle Nicol (Hazel), Laura Boulton (Heide Kitchen) and Travis Goodlet (Square One/Liminal). The final course will feature decadent cheese boards from our good friends at Calendar.
Matched wines will come from two of our favourite producers, Syrahmi and Yangarra Estate. Bibendum Wine Co will supply a stunning French sparkling to be enjoyed with freshly shucked oysters on arrival. There will also be beverages available from our wonderful long-term partners Unico Zelo, NON, Starward, Bathtub Gin Co, Stomping Ground Brewing Co, and Daylesford & Hepburn Mineral Springs Co on the night. Every course will have a top-notch drink pairing (including a fabulous non-alc option).
This event is possible thanks to generous support from The Mulberry Group, including their wonderful social enterprise, Common Ground Project, who will be donating plenty of fresh Autumn produce for the menu.
