Co-Hosts
Your co-hosts for the evening will be renowned food journalist Dani Valent and 2014 Scarf graduate Thelma Rutsate, whose journey beyond Scarf has included working at Attica and Sofitel on Collins, and recent completion of her Masters of International Hotel Leadership.
Guest Chefs
As for the food, guests will enjoy freshly shucked oysters on arrival thanks to Tim and Terry. And it will only get better from there! We’re thrilled that this group of guest chefs will be crafting and cooking a decadent five-course menu, ensuring an evening of exceptional and unforgettable dining.
Rosheen Kaul
Canapés will come from celebrated chef Rosheen Kaul (ex-Etta, author Chinese-ish), inspired by her Kashmiri, Peranakan Chinese, and Filipino heritage.
Helly Raichura
Expect bold and authentic flavours of regional Indian cuisine, with Helly Raichura (Enter Via Laundry, author The Food of Bharat) poised to bring tradition and generosity to the entrée course.
Kyle Nicol
The main course is in very safe hands with Hazel Head Chef Kyle Nicol, who’ll bring his unpretentious approach which celebrates honest provenance and deep connections to local producers.
Rosemary Andrews
Dessert will be taken care of by acclaimed pastry chef Rosemary Andrews, whose innovative creations delighted guests at Ezard and Attica Summer Camp before she opened Mietta by Rosemary.
Good friends of Scarf Laura Boulton (Heide Kitchen) and Travis Goodlet (Liminal) - both high-calibre chefs within The Mulberry Group - will also be lending a hand in the kitchen on the night.
